Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SlickFloorPlan. We strive to provide high-quality interactive floor plan mapping tools for real estate and event professionals. Because our platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application, we have established this Refund Policy in accordance with standard digital trade practices.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your first-time purchase of a Pro Plan subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@slickfloorplan.com with your registered email address and receipt ID.
Please note that the 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first subscription cycle. Subsequent subscription renewals, upgrades, or separate purchases do not qualify for this window.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your SlickFloorPlan subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account will remain active at the Pro level until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle.
Upon the expiration of the cycle, your subscription will not renew, and your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining unused portion of a billing cycle once it has started.
3. Billing Disputes and Errors
If you believe you have been billed in error or have experienced unauthorized charges, you must report the issue to us within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. We will investigate and, if a billing discrepancy is found on our part, we will issue a credit or refund as appropriate.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process and payment processing are conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds. When a refund is approved by SlickFloorPlan, the transaction reversal will be processed by Paddle back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.
