By accessing or using SlickFloorPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts and Content

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the floor plans and photos you upload.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant SlickFloorPlan a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely for providing the service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or reverse engineer the software.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Service Availability and "As-Is" Clause

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the generated floor plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlickFloorPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
